I have been using thrive themes for years and am a happy customer. Their customer service is great and the page builder is easy to use with some basic website skills. They also have great tools like thrive leads which is great for building e-mail lists.

I just used Thrive Themes Support to get help with styling on my courses built with Thrive Apprentice. As always, they reviewed my screencast carefully, understood my problem, and offered a solution. In the past, if they could not come up with a solution immediately, they have troubleshooted on my staging site. I have been using Thrive Themes for over 5 years. I build all my courses using Thrive Apprentice. I use their Quizzes to engage my members and get feedback. I use Thrive Ovation to highlight positive reviews. I love the ease of building beautiful posts and pages with Thrive Architect. Whenever I have reached out to support they have answered in a timely manner, understood my problem, and helped to resolve my problem. I have not noticed any disruption in product quality and service after they were sold to Awesome Motive. The support requests are now handled exclusively via email rather than a ticket system. I have continued to receive timely and excellent support, although the ticket system was better for reviewing prior support requests.
