They go out of their way to make sure that their plugins are working how you want/need them to. They really go the extra mile and spend the necessary time on resolving any questions or issues. I have contacted them several times (I'm learning!) and they have always been fast, curtious - and resolved the issue.

Since 2017 I use the Thrive Suite of Thrive Themes. It doesn't only offers the Therive Architect for webdesign but also many different tools for a successful and high converting website. The support is just great. If there is an issue, they help always you until the problem is solved.
