After providing access to my website I received an email with what they had done and what they suggest I do next to get my website fully functional. Thrive themes offer a great product - I use it on all my websites. It's a bit of a learning curve at first, but the tutorials are good. Support via email is excellent - prompt, courteous and helpful. I deal with a lot of support desks in my work and Thrive is definitely one of the best.
