Great customer support

Shafin was extremely thorough and helpful when I needed to decide which theme was ideal for my blog. He went through the pros and cons of each, and answered more questions after that. Ideal service!!! Thank you.

I've been using the plugins of Thrive Themes on many of our sites for 8 years and I could never give them up. They have exceeded my expectations. Now they have helped me to implement something on my site that is not related to their plugins. You can always count on them.

Kenneth was timely with his support response and swift with the analysis of the issue, recommended solutions leading to a resolution - effective and efficient - thank you, Kenneth, it was very much appreciated.

Perfect explanation from Shafin... easily share via video. But also the written instructions are immensly helpful. Swift responses. Many thanks

I am a first moment Thrive Themes user. Did my first course from Shane and later on from Hannah, both more or less the parents of TT. When they left, we mourned a huge gap. But what survived was and still is the unconditioned and uncompromising focus on conversion and self-controlled platform for solo- and small entrepreneurs. That’s been the big killer move. That’s also why I am a loyaal fan and user. The next value is a fabulous support team. For my last issue we worked together with the team of WPX hosting, with me as intermittent. It was a very pleasant experience for all. And finally we found the solution. I use the template for writers that wants to publish. But in case of my image-issue it should be nice to have a photographers template. Must be possible with thousands of them outside,

Great app to build the best homepage. Also the support helped more than it normally could. Would again spend my money at this Software.

Instant thorough reply, really amazing, first rate customer service, I'm impressed, can really recommend it!
