Unfailing quality of product and people. They have a lifetime customer in me and I HIGHLY recommend them.

The tech sent a video explaining everything which helped me learn going forward.

When looking for a reliable WP themes and plugins provider, you don't just need the product to work out of the box but you need fast and effective customer service that actually solves your problems. Every time I reach out to the Thrive Themes team I get just that.

You can create incredibly beautiful surfaces with this product, which can do almost everything, and almost only because I am not completely familiar with all its elements. If I get stuck in anything, if I want to implement something, I can count on support for everything. They show me everything, if needed I even get video help on my own website. Nothing is impossible with Thrives Themes. Wonderful!

I always get my questions answered to my satisfaction usually within 24 hours sometimes within a few hours
