This company took an additional $267 from my paypal account even after I cancelled my subscription. it was nicely tucked away under "paypal subscriptions" and was not picked up until tax year end. Nicely done. Absolutely disgusting service. I have not cancelled via paypal and written an email complaining to your support email address. I expect a full refund as I have not used this service since 2019.
