Wow....whilst (since the change in ownership) Thrive Support has not always 'hit the mark'...this response today was however truly exceptional...not only was a prompt reply provided, the support agent ("Bel") took the time to provide a demonstration of the solution for me in one of those helpful linked vids...this made my task sooooo much easier...Thank You Bel...really appreciated the timely help!

I use Thrive Architect by Thrive Themes for many years now. Fun and easy to use. The support has always been superb: quick and good/effective. They really take the time to help you and try several things to try to solve the problem or answer a question. Often with screenrecordings wich I save for reference later.

I am thrilled with Thrive Themes support and products. I was having trouble implementing a new element. I reached out for suppport and they came to my rescue, evening sending me personal videos to show me what I did wrong and how to use it in the furture. I recently upgraded to the whole Thrive bundle which included support. It was worth every penny. I can't wait to dive into all of the products.
