I recently had a technical issue with a Thrive Theme plugin. The problem was identified and resolved very quickly. The problem was a conflict with another plugin non Thrive Theme related. Thrive Themes have a great technical department which is both staff and process driven. The staff are extremely knowledgable and customer service focused. Their process of allowing access to the Wordpresses back is simple, quick and easy. A big thank you to Bel who resolved my technical issue so quickly and efficiently.

Good afternoon! I am Hernán Quishpe, a Thrive Themes user. I share my joy of having Thrive Apprentice installed again on my website. When I changed hosting, I lost the content and all the configuration of my website. Among other things, I lost the installation of Thrive Apprentice; due to which, this week, I went to Thrive Themes Support.
