Thrive ThemesReviews of thrivethemes.com

I recently had an exceptional experience working with Bel from Thrive Themes support team. Bel was absolutely fantastic to deal with when I needed help creating a homepage that displayed my latest blog posts. The support I received was tailored to my specific needs. The clear explanations and visuals provided have empowered me to make similar changes independently in the future

Habe den Support von Thrive-Themen in Anspruch nehmen müssen, da ich mit einem Problem alleine nicht weiter kam. Mir wurde super schnell und sehr kompetent geholfen. Kann ich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen! VG Marko

A humorous, competent, and adept technician made my day. Not only was the response time short, but he got the job done, gave full information on the issue and how I could avoid it the next time myself, and resolved it with a twinkle in the eye. Thanks a lot, Shafin

Not only are thrive themes products great ! the customer service people really are there ready and helpful in resolving any issues I have - thank you

I've been a Thrive Themes subscriber for nearly 10 years and their support staff have always been fabulous. Today Bel helped me with what turned out to be a WP issue, that was causing errors with Thrive Architect. Bel's support response was detailed and identified two possibile causes of the issue, and one did indeed turn out to be the source of the problem. I love Thrive Themes and related products, but also love that help is there when I need it.

Very Easy to use plugin and have a swift support. Recommend it to anyone!

20 years in Wordpress and I have never had this level of quality, excellence in ease of use, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction in a plugin or theme or theme builder. I purchased the agency version of the whole Suite and have used it to build several sites now. I wish I had found them years ago when I instead of using another costly builder and theme set. I recently had a quick random question and couldn't find an answer in their comprehensive support and training area, so I opened a ticket. I figured I would hear back in a day or so. They responded within a FEW MINUTES with two different ways to answer my question and offered to login and do it for me. Amazing. I am a big fan. I hope they continue this same way. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right!

I am enjoying how easy it is to set up my new website, it's still a learning curve, but the support is responsive, clear and helpful. Even though it's more than I've paid for other themes, Thrive offers so much more, and it's worth every dollar so far.
