I had a technical issue with my purchase, through no fault of Thrive and the service and resolution scored beyond 5 stars, in my opinion. Amazing service!!

Nathan was very responsive to my questions, I used loom videos to explain my issues to him. I like that I could send video because sometimes the translation is lost in text. He would also send me videos back so I could see what he was looking at, that helped.

The response was excellent and accurate. The problem was solved easily, and I was given detailed instructions of what was needed to be done!! The person who responded to my request was kind and patient enough to explain to me all the necessary steps even though I am not very good with technology.
