I wasn't expecting much in support from a theme company as most support leaves a lot to be desired. Thrive was amazing. I couldn't get a popup to work and I expected they would take years to get back to me and shrug their shoulders while blaming it on me. Instead, they had a support agent look into the problem on staging and determine the issue. All in less than 48 hours, I was so impressed.
