Absolutely diabolical…worst customer experience I have ever received…especially in America!! Stood in line for >2hrs to process car hire @ Thrifty car hire LAX…once paperwork done after another 30-40mins…we were told we had to join another queue for car delivery…when I asked how long this could be I was told another 1-2 hours…at this point i cancelled my rental and took an Uber to Disney instead. Staff showed no empathy (especially given my 11hr flight) and manager extremely hostile…couldn’t take constructive criticism. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

We recently rented at the Phoenix sky harbor rental and had the worst experience, not only did we have to wait an hour to get to the window to sign in we had to go down stairs and wait two hours for the car. Very disappointed to say the least.
