Customer service is terrible!! My daughter worked to save money for a TSwift sweatshirt. She purchased it, and it’s been a month now. I’ve emailed, and gone on their website chat. No response. Where is the $40 sweatshirt my daughter ordered. She’s 12. She’s so disappointed! UPDATE: After the response they gave on this review, I went to double check my spam, and nothing. The only new email from them was updating the status as shipped after they saw my review. Thank you for finally shipping it, but it does not change my review one bit. I had to write it to get a response obviously. 9/7/23 UPDATE: We got the sweatshirt in the mail. It was vacuum sealed and I could tell immediately it was the cheapest fabric. We opened it, and it’s this felt like stretchy material. NOT worth $40. Buyer beware.

I have ordered two shirts for myself and 4 of the kids shirts. I get compliments every single time I wear my shirts. I've shared the website with complete strangers because they wanted the shirt so badly. All of the kids I bought shirts for love their shirts as well. On top on the shirts being the absolute cutest shirts, they are also very comfortable and made well!

The shirts shipped fast - even after I got an email saying they had a high order volume & it might take a little extra time - it did not and after seeing the quality work, it would have been just fine if it did! The shirts are So cute! I am so pleased with how they turned out - even a little better than they photographed when I ordered them. I got my cousin & one of my sister in laws an Eras tour ghost edition shirt and they're going to love them!!

The products are amazing! They're exactly like the pictures. The fabric is good quality too. I definitely recommend shopping here.
