One of the worst companies I have encountered. I wish I had read the reviews before I put my order. I am extremely disappointed with their handling of my case. I ordered 2 items, but I never received the expensive one; instead, they sent me a cheap junk item I never ordered. Let alone, the purchase from Australia didn't indicate it was in U.S. currency. I had to pay in USA currency and a transaction fee on top. The reason for my order was so I could spend time with my granddaughter, who is visiting from India. I only have a few days left, and I still haven't received my purchase. When I emailed the company, all I got was apologies but no action. The first time I write a negative review, this is a warning; please be careful. I will never purchase anything through FB META, always use Amazon.com for your safety and fraud

Do NOT buy from this company. Do your research for whatever toys they list on their site and then buy elsewhere. I ordered directly from their website after seeing them advertised on Facebook and reading their “glowing” reviews and they said I would have my order within a week. Then after nearly 2 weeks I got an email that it was shipped, only to discover days later that it was now able to be tracked through YUN shipping in China, I believe. They have a California phone number so I thought that was where they are based. It did finally arrive almost a month later and one of the items was in its original box which was all beat up/damaged. Thankfully it did still work but honestly, I have only used it once so I am crossing my fingers that it continues to work. I also ordered gel squishy blocks and they do NOT come in a package that says Thoson Kids, as advertised. I can’t even determine what brand they are but in deciding to get some more since there were only 30 in one box, upon researching how to purchase more I was surprised at how much I overpaid for these. There are other places that carry these or similar products just like these for way less than what Thoson charges. I also tried calling them and never got a human on the phone so I emailed. They were pleasant enough in their response but basically they didn’t resolve my issue other to repeatedly state that they understood my issue but offered no resolution at all. I will never order from them again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Overpriced and terrible customer service.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Over a month since ordering and have still not received order. Got a fairly prompt response that they would "look into it". I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks with them saying they were "looking into it and contacting their courier". I will be calling the credit card company tomorrow for a charge back if they don't refund me. Based on the reviews here, I'm sure I won't be refunded.

SCAM — Take your money and never deliver Ordered two "Thoson Lingo" items after seeing their Facebook ad — charged AUD 137.96. They sent a tracking number that never moved past "shipment information received." No transit scans, no delivery, nothing, for over three weeks. Looks like they generate a label to create a real-looking tracking number but never actually ship anything. When I contacted support I got nothing but copy-paste apologies and stalling ("we'll urge the courier," "waiting for the package to reach the local hub") — never a real reason, never a delivery date, and they ignored my refund request entirely. I had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back, and the bank refunded me in full. If a seller only refunds when your bank forces them to, that tells you everything. Avoid.

I ordered product on 5/18 and it is now 5/29 and tracking shows it was ping ponged in China for a few weeks and is finally in the US but is not moving from Chicago. Tracking is useless. No one answers thw phone that is provided. Maybe this is a scam!

I ordered robot on 4/29. As of today 5/13 still not received. I have followed up for the last 7 days. No one ever answers the phone. It’s been 13 days & I followed up 3 days ago & received a response that I should receive UPS tracking. Not only have I not received ups tracking but the tracking shows that the item has not even left international airport yet. To make matters worse? Their web states items ship free via air & no receipt of anything. Company is a phony & False ads prevail.

I ordered an item recently and did not get a delivery date despite paying extra for express shipping. I called on their contact number but just getting an automated message asking me to email them. Now when I emailed them, I still haven’t received any response so far. I am curious if others have experienced the same. It is very unusual to have absolutely no idea of the delivery date despite paying extra for express shipping.

Item ordered November 26 2025 and it’s now Feb 16 2026 and the item has not been received. Tricked many times by responsive Thoson support who promise to deliver but refuse to offer a refund for goods not received. After multiple broken promises to ship my ordered item I had to file a Mastercard dispute because it couldn’t be resolved directly with them. So disappointed. Save yourself the headache.
