Ordered a shirt Thanksgiving morning. Have confirmation of receipt of the order and confirmation that the order is on it's way; but nothing. I've got no product to rate, only the sub-par service.

I love the look and feel of the Thomas Dean button up shirts, I'm a tall guy and have to order a tall size- However even at 240 lbs the smallest size shirt available which is a LT-said to be fit is just too big. Really wish there was such a thing as Medium tall so that I don't have to take my shirts to the tailor to have the sides taken in. I will say that Thomas Dean LT is smaller in fitment compared to a Perry Ellis LT which I literally swim in, incase anyone is wondering-

I have purchased from TD in many retail stores so I know the quality is there. I purchased from TD online for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The shipment was quick and everything arrived in good condition. The one ding I would give them is that you don't get an order confirmation for a day or two. That leaves you wondering if the order went through. Once they get that fixed, we will be in great shape.
