I had asked for a special request and Laurie initially told me not possible. However, 4 or 5 hours later, she called and actually found what I was looking for! Excellent customer service. I actually found the one person who cared about what I wanted and truly wanted to make me happy instead of just saying no and forgetting about it! WAY TO GO, lAURIE!!!

What a wonderful staff they have at Thomas Dean....I had a problem with my order and the website said no one is in sat or sunday. I sent an email and sure enough 2 hours later on a Saturday Laurie called me back and fixed my problem. Thank you for making my holiday shopping so much easier!!!
