Thomas Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of thomascarpetoneseneca.com

After spending time visiting various flooring companies, I was so glad I took the time to "just do one more". From the first time I entered their building, I was greeted and shown just what I wanted. Installation was flawless and pristine. No clean up for me after they were finished. Everyone loves my carpet and I have sent several friends to your store to pick out their new carpets.

Kim the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Perry the installer is the hardest-working guy I've seen in South Carolina. He did a quality job and was done quickly all by himself.

Good people and efficient, timely work.

We just moved here from New Jersey and needed to replace a bedroom carpet before the movers came. Someone recommended Thomas Carpet in Seneca. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, I can't say enough. They came out to measure the next day and in two days my new carpet was installed. We have since used them for a kitchen floor and will be back as we tackle the rest of the rooms.

Good quality work and fair pricing

Thomas Carpet One was an easy business to work with. They helped us coordinate a long distance carpet replacement in a condo we own. We had a very tight turn around window and Thomas Carpet One was very accommodating and helped us get our new carpet installed on time. The carpet looks great. We truly appreciated their professionalism and help.

Truly a Great Job. The floor looks great.

The staff helped us understand the features and warranties of various carpets and styles which made the decision-making much easier. The very next day, our floors were measured and we set a date for installation. The installers were right on time, took the amount of time that they estimated, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end. We love the feel of the carpet on our feet and the "look" !
