If possible I would leave 0 stars. I purchased two pairs of MEDIUM sized diamond hoops( $250 each) The earrings were so tiny they wouldn't fit my thin ear lobes,or any other ear piercings. I'm not sure they would fit an infant. The gold hoops were hollow and would have been easy to bend and break. Being hollow was not a part of the description. I contacted customer service, which was a nightmare and time consuming. I explained they were not as shown in size and the material not as described. They didn't want to give a refund. The emails were strange ,such as they told me they had included my previous email ,but there were two attachments,one their name and the 2nd a picture of their logo. I had paid for expedited shipping and insurance, still received them late. They charged a $37 flat shipping fee for me to return them. So after paying $500 plus insurance and expedited shipping fees myself. I was getting a refund of much less than the purchase price. I should have read reviews first ,noticed no telephone number for customer service and in fine print "no refunds". I don't know how they stay in business. The jewelry really isn't unique. You can find the same designs almost anywhere. Most times by more well known designers.

I bought diamond and emerald earrings on sale. The earrings are therefore non returnable and no credit. I thought for the money, the earrings looked like costume jewelry and flimsy and cheaply made. On the website, every item looks beautiful and well-made. The earrings, I bought, that cost over $500, did not meet my expectations and I will not purchase jewelry online ever again.

Quality does not match the price tag. Purchased their tennis bracelet that did not come with a dual latch. Fell off while I was out and the store is unapologetic. A 10% discount code for a future purchase that was offered only helps the store make more money. Wasted $5000.

Misleading on their website with earrings - they sell them individually (ie, you only get 1 earring per order) and this is not well marketed (a small * under the quantity to say sold individually which still isn't clear). Earrings are always sold as sets so no one assumes they are going to get 1 earring in an order. They also don't allow returns so once you make the mistake and order 1 earring you then have to buy another because you can't get your money back. The quality seems good which is why I'm giving 2 stars but the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that rather than go back I'd just go to a shop or site where I know what I'm getting. Good design, nice things, crappy customer experience. Buy elsewhere.
