Spent hundreds of dollars on earrings that left my ears infected and crusting at the posts. The posts have turned a faded dark brownish color—they said their earrings were 14k gold. NONE of my gold jewelry earrings has ever given me an allergic reaction. Total scam. I get better quality gold at TjMaxx.

Bought the diamond safety pin earrings - wore them less than 2 weeks & one already broke - I’ve messaged them - emailed them - no response - I’m so upset - they were expensive & I bought them for a pair - not a single - avoid them!

I sure wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I also was not aware I was only buying one **tiny** earring for $245. After I received it, I thought it was pretty (but much smaller than I had anticipated), but because I needed a set, not just one, I ordered another one for $245, thinking they would last a lifetime. So now I had spent $500. The earrings latched so poorly that they kept falling out. I have not been able to wear them. A complete waste of a hard-earned $500. And they have a 7-day exchange policy. How could you know after 7 days that there would be an ongoing, non-fixable problem? I regret this purchase and would never buy from The Last Line again.

Absolutely unprofessional and dirty. This business does not pass health code, no sink or sanitation station for piercings, and is run out of someone’s home! Their business tactics are shady and their management is RUDE.

Should have left the brand alone when my first huggie earring fell off… Bought a replacement, so now I’ve lost two hoops to weak/poor closure. No rigorous wear, just fell off and disappeared. Never experienced anything like this. Not for €500. They’re offering me 10% discount each time it happens 😂 like I’m gonna spend more money on them.

Does anyone know how to reach them I am disgusted I spent $1300 for a necklace that loooks nothing like the picture and I should have known by the reviews but I swear I’m so mad I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me

Very poor quality and customer service. After less than a year two of the tsavorite stones fell out of a gold band I wore intermittently. Sent pictures and was asked to send it back, to pay for shipping and to pay $60 to replace the stones. I asked for The Last Line to cover shipping and discount the stones as the ring was less than a year old. They complied. The ring came back and a MONTH later another stone fell out. At this point I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the item I had now spent $265 on. When I asked for either a refund or a store credit the only reply I got was to send it back AGAIN to go through the same process. And be charged for shipping and replacement stones AGAIN. I find this incredibly tone deaf customer service for what is clearly a very poor quality product. I don't recommend this company.
