Bathrobe was just ok for 100.00. A lot of little strings hanging from everywhere needed to be cut off.

Your return policy states that I would be allowed one free return. I insinuated that my return would include a shipping label for me to return the item. When I asked the customer service rep if I would receive a shipping label I was met with a poor response. The rep cited ThirtyTowels' inability to sustain a viable business if they were to provide return labels. That made me uncomfortable with the interaction. I understand your policy and I am OK with it. I was dissatisfied with the "free return" language in your policy and the tone of your service rep. That being said I liked the robe and would consider doing business again. I hope your rep was incorrect about your financial position.

the loop for hanging is too weak--I had another robe just like this new one that ripped out in only a year or so. This one is just the same. I may take it to a seamstress and have the loop reinforced. This a a small problem but should be addressed. It's annoying.
