This is a SCAM!! I ordered three bags, it took three weeks for them to arrive. The website makes it look like it’s good quality for a fair price, it’s not. The quality is HORRIBLE and the SMELL of the “vegan leather” a.k.a plastic, makes you want to vomit. The bags smell of harsh chemicals, plastic and urine. The “return policy” is laughable. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I lost 260$ on this!

You have to be sure about wanting to purchase this time. I saw an ad and how it promoted easy returns but what they don’t tell you it’s that you’re responsible for shipping it back to CHINA. They don’t even provide you a label that they can discount from the refund. Not worth it

I ordered a bag from them and I never received it. In Belgium they have a partnership with the worst delivery company: Colis Privé. On the tracking website it said the package was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I don't know what happened to it. I couldn't contact Colis Privé, so I e-mailed the ThinkOlives customer support. They refuse to reimburse my purchase. Money lost for nothing. Don't make the same mistake
