The bag smells like rotting fish. I tried to return it but was told I’d have to ship it back to a country I believe is China. Return shipping would have cost between $20-50 according to your customer service. I only paid $80ish dollars for the bag.

Finger weg!! Billigste Qualität, absolut unbrauchbar und Retournierung ist nur direkt nach China auf eigene Kosten möglich. Geld sieht man wahrscheinlich dennoch nie wieder. Auch die angebotenen 15% Rabatt nach der Beschwerde.

Cette marque est globalement une énorme arnaque. J'ai acheté le sac Bea noir et voici la liste des soucis rencontrés : - sac plus petit que décrit sur le site, impossible d'y faire entrer mon ordinateur comme prévu - qualité médiocre VS les photos du site et ce n'est pas du cuire végétale mais du plastique - le service client m'a indiqué que je devais retourner le sac en Chine à mes frais, cela représentait environ 35€ depuis la France. Après plusieurs échanges avec le SAV j'ai finalement négocié un "remboursement" de 60% sur le produit et je ne l'ai pas renvoyé. Cela coutait moins cher que de payer le colis retour vers la Chine. Conclusion : je vous déconseille fortement cette marque !

Business promotes 14 day return policy for any reason. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! After 4 emails back and forth (they demanded a pic of the unused bag), and telling me that shipping return cost would be $20-50 (I did not know I was required to ship back to CHINA), they offered a measily 15% refund. The $75 vegan tote is WAY OVERPRICED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I am sticking only to name brand/designer brands with a legit return policy.

Took 3 weeks to arrive and I’m so upset with the quality. The inside is barely lines with the cheapest material. It’s going to rip in seconds. For $70 this is absolutely not worth it. This bag should cost $10 on the street corner.
