Long wait for an awful, cheap looking bag. Paid £60 for this rubbish. I will probably just throw it away, it’s that bad. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolute CR*P - measurements were not as advertised, plastic is so cheap (not anything like vegan leather), the holes in the strap to make adjustments were just tears in plastic, the stitching was abysmal and an incredibly noxious smell was attached to the “material”. Think Olive advertises as though they have a US business website and warehouse, but everything is coming from China and to return you have to pay to ship it back to some unknown place there at a cost (in my case) equal to of 90% of the bag’s purchase price. They know this and bank on basically shipping CR*P (that must cost them less than $5 to produce, including wages! - if that) and not having to refund - although they will offer you 15% to keep the trash/bag, in the name of “sparing the environment the shipping effects” (which is a total crock because clearly it traveled from some plastic trash factory all the way around the world already!) Do NOT get suckered in!

Arriva dalla Cina con un imballaggio imbarazzante. Tutto tranne che “etico” come scrivono nel sito. Ho comprato un portafoglio che si è rotto il giorno dopo. Materiale pessimo!

La borsa è costata 80 euro, puzza di petrolio in modo assurdo, quasi da avere mal di testa! Truffa totale! Il valore effettivo della borsa sarà di 5 euro... Tempi di consegna lunghi. Evitatelo come la peste!!!!!

My bag broke on the first day.

Bought the Camille bag. Disgusting - bag size isn’t the same as listed (much smaller), smells REVOLTING, ‘suede’ feels gross to the touch, shape is wonky, and lining/quality is extremely cheap. I was so annoyed when I received a notification that it had shipped, and the location was China. Will try to return but don’t expect much after all the other reviews.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Cheap quality and the return policy s...cks. Returns are so difficult, because you have to return to an adress in China and it cost up to $50. Why do I even have to give 1 star:(
