The product is wonderful, but it didn’t make it here in time for Christmas.

I had some initial issues with the internal construction of the purse. The customer service was prompt and on point.

The bag is very cute but there are some loose threads which detracts from the look a bit.

Bag arrived smelling very fishy. Had to let it air for 3 days before I could use it

Lovely bag! The quality is good, the color is exactly as shown on the website. The bag should not be stuffed with too many things, because it gets a weird bending and it does not look good. One thing to be aware of is that the bag was shipped from China, which was not clear from the beginning.

Legit site, the purchase was fast and easy. The product took a little bit longer than the given estimate to arrive, but the tracking service helped following it at each stage of the delivery.

Love the product! Good quality. Exactly like the picture on the website. Delivery a bit long and not that much communication about it. But packed with care to protect from damaging. I’m happy!
