I love the Madison bag
I love the Madison bag I bought. Just wish the strap was longer.

Nice bag but too small, good return/refund experience.
Some of these comments are unfair. I bought a bag, it was nice, well packaged, but not what I wanted (too small and didn't like the strap) so I returned it. This is a standard online shopping experience. I had to post it back to china but went on parcel2go and found a reasonable price. The seller was friendly and refunded me straight away.

A lot of these reviews are unfair
A lot of these reviews are unfair. I ordered the bobo tote in black vegan leather and it came looking 100% like the pictures. The quality is nice and the same as my vegan leather pants from Aritzia. Customer service is also responsive and helpful. I didn’t get my confirmation email and they emailed it to me with my tracking number, it came in a week. -1 star for the packaging.

Bag is great. What was unknown was that it shipped from China. Had I known that, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it.

Overall good, would buy again
I was a little unsure because of other reviews and such but to be honest I’m so so happy with my purchase! Came within alright shipping time and the bag is super cute, slightly smaller than I thought but that’s alright! Material feels good too! I will probably buy again!

Affordable Luxury
The bag itself makes me feel so luxurious when I wear it. It’s stunning and the quality is amazing. I was a bit confused on how to extend the length of the strap but I eventually figured it out.

I was a bit worried from seeing…
I was a bit worried from seeing previous reviews about the shipping time and although it was longer than the standard delivery time from most companies, it still arrived sooner than I thought (because of said reviews) and it is great quality!
