The quality of the bag I received (Sophie tote) is not as good as presented in the photos. It definitely looks and feels cheap and was quite warped from shipping. It was shipped in a tape wrapped plastic bag, not in a box or anything that could have protected it from getting warped. I did not like it very much so went to check out the return policy so I could return it, but there is basically none unless the bag is damaged on arrival. I wouldn't consider being warped from transit as damaged, so I won't be returned despite wishing I could! Overall, it was ok as the design is accurate to what is in the photos, just don't expect high quality.

My product has not arrived. I have waited 4 weeks and I am still waiting.

The bag itself, the bumblebee backpack, came in fine, although the shipping took a bit longer than the estimate the site gave. A few loose threads here and there, and has the scent of vegan leather, but overall the bag looks just like the picture. However, I recommend buyers look around before purchasing from this site because I noticed after purchasing the bags are cheaper on other sites. Also, the customer service is not very good, because when I sent an email to support, they never replied. Overall, I do not necessarily recommend purchasing the bags from the site, but I also didn't have that bad of an experience all things considered and think the products are still decent quality if you want to purchase from them.
