Poor quality
The quality of the handbags is really poor, you can see that they won´t last more than a few weeks. Also they have a strong smell to glue and plastic. Packaging and delivery time were correct.

Cheap material and overpriced
I ordered this bag because it looked really nice on the pictures. However, when I openend my package I immediately smelled plastic (this bag was supposed to be made out of straw). I am very disappointed in the quality of this plastic bag but I will keep using it. They market themselves ad "ethical" but nowhere on the website do they specify this. When I asked for a refund they offered me 20% of the amount I paid. Would not recommend at all...

No returns allowed?!…
The item I purchased was a Christmas present. Luckily it arrived in time. However the cross body bag, although quite nice, was larger than expected. I was quite surprised to read on the website that no returns are allowed unless the item is defective. I think that is quite harsh! The bag was not inexpensive and if it won’t be used it’s a terrible waste.

Pleated bucket bag
I bought the pleated bucket bag. The bag itself is ok, but the photos on the website were deceptive regarding the size. There is no way you can wear this as a cross body bag as the photos suggest (even though I am petite like the models).
