Very disappointed in the qiality

The bag only looks as pictured on the website when it is absolutely empty. Instead of 8-12 delivery days it was from February 8 to march 20. The bag stinks.

Sehr schlechte Qualität und sieht nicht aus wie auf dem Foto. Das ist kein veganes, nachhaltiges Leder sondern billiges Plastik. Man sieht und riecht es. Den Preis ist es auf gar keinen Fall wert!

A few weeks ago, I started to receive marketing emails from Olives. The thing is, I never signed up for these; I've never had anything to do with this company. And despite clicking "Unsubscribe " and confirming, I still receive the emails. This is not acceptable, in my opinion.

The bag I received was very poor quality and too small. I wanted to return it and they told me I would have to pay the shipping for it to be returned to Asia . When I asked for the shipping address so I can find out how much it would cost they would not give it to me . They instead were. Giving me 20 percent off to keep the bag. I received 30 percent off but I did not like the way the situation was handled. I will never buy from them again.
