DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING!! I bought a bag from this company and the bag they sent me was defective! I had to send a video of the defective part of the bag and it was deemed “normal” nothing normal about a bag that doesn’t close or stay closed. This company doesn’t back their products at all!!! Plus not to mention the bag smells horrible...

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is TERRIBLE. I ordered a bag in early early April (like the 1st) and it's now 6/26 and I still have not recieved it. Every time I ask for a tracking update they send me the same thing saying it's "in transit" after about 2 months I asked for a refund and they emailed me (im not even kidding) like 10 times saying they aren't refunding me because it was already sent in the mail (hello, its been 85 business days!!!) Finally after I threatened to report them to the better business bureau they gave me a 50% refund. I still have not recieved the bag and they still have NOT returned to me the remainder of my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a bag from them and it was nothing like in the pictures. It was sooo cheap-looking and ugly. When I asked them for a refund they were so rude and said no; they only offer refunds for damaged items and not because the customer didn't like their product. I believed to have been missold the product as it really didn't look like the photograph. I also never known an online store to not offer a discount??? I def won't be buying from them.

This is a shame !!! If you don’t what dropshipping is, just check it on internet and see that it’s 100% what « ThinkOlives » are doing ! You can find those bags on alieexpress etc for a price between 10-20$. Actually, I am living in France and I ordered one of their bags during the quarantine for my best friend’s birthday. She saw the « famous » backpack on Instagram, she sent it to me and I though is was pretty cute, and vegan leather so cool ! Fist of all, I paid almost 80€ for the bag and shipment. It took more than a all month to receive it. And whaaaaaat a surprise when I saw the quality of the bag...! It was shipped in a cheap white plastic bag, really flat, and the « vegan » bag was only in a really cheap tote bag. And the smell of it... plastic, gaz... I also noticed some Chinese write on the top of the plastic bag ahah ! I am trying to get a refund since a month now. They are really rude and not effective by email but I am not give it up with them I swear !!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! They have very sneakily changed their name from "Travel Starter Pack" to "Think Olives" quite craftily avoiding my complaint about the horrendous quality of the bag I received. They haven't got back to me in months and even deleted my comment on one of their instagram posts attempting to get their attention!! Do not buy from them. The bags are not "high quality vegan leather" they quite clearly smell of cheap plastic, the lining is basically tissue paper and I could have sewn it together better myself lol. Mine fell apart in a matter of weeks.

Firstly, their website says you get 10% off your first purchase but I never got it. I tried touching base with customer service but no reply (I even checked my junk mail). I decided I still wanted the bag regardless so purchased it anyway. It took an exceptionally long time to arrive and customer service was incredibly slow to get back to me when I was checking in. When they finally did reply, they were pretty unhelpful and rude. When the bag arrived, they didn't properly package it (it was just in a tote bag - loose and no protection) and left with a neighbour on the opposite end of my road (don't ask me why!). I got no notification of it's arrival or who it was left with so it delayed me getting the backpack further. There was no note on the tote bag to say who it's for or the address. When I finally got the bag, I was surprised to see how low quality it was. £50 for the Bumble Bee backpack is completely not worth it - it doesn't sit right, the buttons don't fit properly together so it takes awhile to open and close the bag and the quality is very cheap. Don't believe what you see on their instagram page because it doesn't look anything like the photos. The whole process was so time-consuming and in the end the bag wasn't worth the wait. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.
