Someone ordered me a purse from here for a Christmas present. Shipping was delayed but the company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My purse appears to be in great shape and very durable considering the price. I will most likely buy again and have heard it’s recommended to pay the extra fee for tracking since other customers have experienced some shipping issues.

I bought 2 backpacks, 1 for me and 1 for my friend. The tracking did not update for a while, but I emailed the customer service representative and they were very helpful with their replies. Eventually I got the Bumblebee Backpacks. The quality is great and the product exactly as described on their website. No smell, soft vegan leather and the removable straps are really useful too. Overall, it was a good experience. I would consider buying again in the future.

Got my bag in 16 days! Shipping was slower by 2 days than expected but the customer service was helpful to reply me when I emailed them. Definitely a genuine company.
