This company is a sham
This company is a sham! Do not buy from them. They send cheaply made products that are defective. They will find any excuse to deny your refund request.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Buyer beware. They will not accept returns if the product is not damaged. They wrote to tell me this is their "policy". They are ghosting me now that I've asked for a copy of their written policy. I do not believe it exists. I don't have any recourse but to accept I have lost my money, and I'm stuck with products I have no use for. I WILL NOT deal with them again.

Dear olives
Dear olives , i’m verry Disappointed with the product quality and design Was rather hopeful at first about getting my first vegan leather bags since I've seen a number of online ads in recent years. I must say the actual products don't really live up to my expectation - in terms of actual bag size, design and texture - when compared to the very nice photos posted in the website. Will give second thought when doing online purchase next time. This bag smell like plastic and feels like plastic.

I have waited over two months for my…
I have waited over two months for my order and when I first emailed them they said it looks like my bag is on track and will be delivered soon. After about a week and a half from that last email, I emailed them and they said my package was exposed to covid? So I asked if I can get a better update on tracking since the last time tracking stopped was in China couple days after I ordered it and all they say is that they don’t have any updates. I asked for a new tracking info that’s in English (my tracking info is all in Chinese) they said to be reassured my tracking is on the right track. They need to clear my package of covid protocols? I asked them what that meant and again they said my bag was exposed to covid…I don’t know. Seems fishy. Just beware.

Bad quality. Made in China without knowing it before buy it. Broken 1 Monty after buying it. Don't buy anything from that brand.
