Bag is 10” across, not 11” as noted in description. Model used must be tiny because bag looks even bigger on her! Even with 10% discount, I don’t feel like it is worth $60. It’s too much of a hassle to return so I won’t.

I found some black leather where there was supposed to be brown leather on the sides of the bag in which I had to pick off and almost scratched off the brown leather.

Was double the shipping time then was told. Tracking was never updated on time.

I purchased a bag for my sister as a Christmas gift, she's only worn it once so far and it's already starting to come apart from one of the seams. I loved everything else about the bag though, including the color, size, etc. but I'm extremely disappointed that it's already coming apart.

Was rather hopeful at first about getting my first vegan leather bags since I've seen a number of online ads in recent years. I must say the actual products don't really live up to my expectation - in terms of actual bag size, design and texture - when compared to the very nice photos posted in the website. Will give second thought when doing online purchase next time. Anyway will still keep the bags for casual use.
