I have bought 3 bags from here and didn’t realize they came from China. The website does a good job of making you think they are a boutique somewhere in the states. The smell of the bags is very unappealing. It takes weeks to receive the orders as well. I will not be buying from them again. Save your money and buy from a company that doesn’t use cheap Chinese factories to make their products.

I payed for a large Camille purse I received the smaller one. When I emailed your company I was told I could return it at my expense. Absolutely un-fair. I spent money on your product received the wrong g product I should be reimbursed the money or return the product at no cost.

The bag and the material are perfectly fine. I was aspetting a bigger bag. My mackbook air doesn't fit. It cames out 4cm from the edge. If you buy this bag because you want to bring your laptop with you consider something else...

I bought a bag as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately someone else bought the same gift for that person so I didn't even take mine out of the packaging. I explained what had happened and asked if I could return it. They said I would have to return it to China at my expense despite there being a UK returns address on the packaging. They also offered me a 15% discount which I accepted was paid promptly.

First off I’m giving this 2 stars (not 1) because I got the green vegan tote and I love the style, shape, and color of the bag. If I had gotten a different color I don’t think I would’ve liked it so much. I paid about $70 dollars for this “vegan leather sustainable bag” it’s shipped from China and it’s so cheaply made. I’m worried to put too much in it because I feel like it will break. Save your money and buy a bag somewhere else. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.
