The rattan handbag was poorly made. Quality was inferior. I was leaving for vacation- so I wasn’t able to return it in the two week window.

I never got my package! I sent a e mail to carrier to give delivery instructions after the first failed delivery attempt. They said they understood and don’t worry my package would be delivered. However they did not follow instructions and now they are sending package back! I wanted my package but the delivery service is not reliable at ALL!

Terrible company. Misrepresents items then won’t refund unless item is returned to an international address in China costing $50 for shipping (paid $54 for item that is $6 on Am*****).

Cheap shit from China that you're blackmailed into keeping because it costs too much to ship it back to China. Next time I'm reporting them for fraud.

The product arrived too late and I wanted to return it. It had not been opened. The return was such a hassle I decided just to keep the purse. I'm used to a better return policy but it is what it is. Your products looked nice but I won't buy again.

I would give it NO STARS. Total garbage! Ordered a raffia bag, looked nothing like the picture on their ad. It was copied from a different site selling the bag for $100, theirs was $50. Not worth $5!! Piece of crap! Stay away! No replies from customer service. Site is a scam!

False advertising & Horrible return policy. Takes forever to arrive on a slow boat from China. Items are smaller than they appear in pictures. Customer pays all fees to ship internationally back to China, including tracking service! They stall you by asking you to consider 10 % off and then 20% off your next purchase, not to return it. This goes on back and forth between emails over the course of several days, until finally they release the requested return shipping information to you and they tell you to return it to a “Mr. Chen”.
