A complete and total scam. The company that charges you is based in Singapore (you can easily search this information) and they get their products from Aliexpress. They say you can cancel within 6 hours but they take 24 hours to respond to an email, thus screwing you over. Do not fall for their marketing like I did!!!!

I ordered a heart steaded purse about 3to4 weeks ago. Ive emailed Dorimia customer dervice, shop and no one will help me in find where my item is at this time.i asked for a refund and the lady said it had been 24 hours and that i was unable to cancel my order. So i dont know where to turn to now. So disappointed.

Op de foto leek de tas van zeer kwaliteitsvol materiaal gemaakt te zijn. Maar in werkelijkheid is dit niet het geval. Het ziet er zeer goedkoop uit. Ook zeer jammer dat je niets kan retourneren, met als excuus ‘covid’ dat nu (in het eindjaar van 2022) geen steek meer houdt.

The bag I ordered came with such a strong smell I could not even have it in my house. I reached out to their customer service and they recommended I air it out in a wel ventilated area for over a week. It’s been over 3 weeks and the smell has not gone away. They will not accept returns as it doesn’t “fall under their returns policy” and is due to the way “the bag is manufactured in the factory”… why would you sell a bag that you know smells and be okay with a customer not being able to use the bag. Bad customer service for an overpriced bag.

Unfortunately this brand feels like a complete scam. I understand I’m buying a bag under $100, but the quality of this bag is incredibly low and worst of all it smells like chemicals. When I asked to kindly return the bag, I was told I could not and to “air it out” to get rid of the smell. I’ll honestly probably end up throwing this bag away. Very upsetting that a brand can care so little about their products/customers.
