Absolute trash of a bag
Absolute trash of a bag. Looks nothing like the photo, its like a joke. Obviously no refunds allowed since they must know how horrible the quality is. DO NOT buy it.

Complete scam
Complete scam. They upcharged customers for a product that is literally trash. This is a classic case of fraud and false advertising. DO NOT BUY!! The bags probably cost them 2 cents to make (and feel like it too). I when a retailer sets a price, it should reflect the quality of the item. This brand is a total scam.

No returns allowed…
No returns allowed…. While the products were not damaged upon arrival they look and feel very cheap, not what I expected. If I were confident in my product, returns would be allowed for those not happy with the product in person.

NO RETURNS ALLOWED
This company does not allow returns unless the item is damaged or lost in the mail. I’m very disappointed by the quality of this bag. It does not feel like a $60 bag.

Never received product
Have not received the bag I purchased after a month, The tracking number provided indicates product was not even shipped. I requested a refund twice. They are unresponsive.

This company appears to look like a scam and has yet to deliver my order, which I placed on Dec. 12th as a Christmas gift. The tracking link is non-viable and their email response was: "Trust that we are in charge of your package until you receive it." Proceed with caution.
