Quality was not what I expected very flimsy

Wouldn’t accept my return unless it was damaged. Item was cheaply made and I was not happy with it and they would not let me. I will never order from Olives again

Another scam company. I was considering buying a bag after seeing an Instagram ad, then I noticed some of the images they used had a Taobao watermark. It probably cost them $15 to buy, then they market it up to $150 and slap on a 40% off sale to get you interested!

I impulsively purchased from an Instagram ad. The bag looked beautiful in the photos but when it arrived it was not even remotely up to the quality I expected of a small tote I paid over $100 for. I contacted the company and learned of their no returns policy. So now I’m stuck with this mediocre bag. My fault for not doing research ahead of time…but don’t make the same mistake as me!

I stupidly purchased via Instagram before researching the company. They don’t allow returns. The bags wreak of chemicals and the quality is super cheap. Doesn’t look like the pics at all. They don’t allow returns, “due to the pandemic”. BS. And yes, ships right from China. Very mad at myself for not researching.

DONT BUY THIS BRAND! ITS SCAMS! I really regrets not investing to research about this brand before i purchased. This totaly SCAMS! The quality of the bag was poor and look cheap materials. i paid for £58 for ugly bag. When i asking for return/refund and i give the proof of the bad quality of their bag they’re ignoring me. I was notice when i received notification email about the shipping, it came from a city in China. Btw u can found their bags in Aliexpress, the one that i purchased only cost £10 exactly same.

Ugh, I've been scammed! Ordered a bag billed as "vegan leather" and got a cheap plastic imitation that stinks of chemicals. I posted a review on their site and guess what: they haven't displayed it and there's no way to see anything other than "5 star" reviews. Don't be fooled, don't buy!
