Do not purchase anything from this company! The purses are cheap and flimsy. They look nothing like the pictures you see in the ads. It takes forever for the product to arrive from… CHINA. When you ask for a refund you quickly find out that you can ship back at your own expense which they estimate at $20-$50! Or, you can opt for a refund of 20% of purchase price and keep the cheap purse that you have spent $90+ on. Do not get tangled up in this ridiculous web!

This is a company based in China that ships all items across the globe, but claims to be "sustainable". I ordered two bags, both of them poor quality and I doubt that they are sustainably made. For me a typical case for a rip-off in the name of nature. Plus, in order to return them, I have to send them at my own cost back to China, Fujian Province.

Didn't get the bag at all. Think olives claimed that it was delivered. When I asked them to see my signature they argued that it was returned to them and I wasn't at home weile it was delivered, so they claimed for more money for the retured delivery. All in all: no bag even if I payed for it. About two months of arguing and waiting. And still no satisfactory conclusion. Do not buy their products from abroad!!! You will pay and not get your order!!!!

Quality of bag was well below expectations, customer service was tough but eventually agreed to a partial refund. Would not recommend or shop here ever again.

I still have not received my product that I ordered a long time ago

Just got my bag after over 2 weeks of waiting and it’s tiny and incredibly poor made. I wish I looked up these reviews prior to ordering but got so many ads on instagram and their website actually looked legit. That’ll teach me to order from a new company without checking reviews first… don’t waste your money. You can find better stuff at Forever 21.

Bought a bag only a couple of months ago, barely used it (like 5 times) and it's already broken. The handbag strap tore already. So I worte customer service an email, asking for a replacement or a refund, to which they replied that refunds can only be made 30 days after purchasing. The bag was like 60-80$ and tore after wearing it only 5 times. Extremely poor quality and customer service. Never again.

I've ordered twice from this company now and both times something has gone wrong. The first time I was charged twice for the bag before I even checked out. This time, my order has been either lost or stolen and the tracking number is invalid. Unless you are willing to risk your money and/or time, do not order. Very unfortunate as I was looking forward to treating myself with this bag
