The bag didn't at all match up to the pictures, it was much smaller than it had appeared. Delivery was ridiculously delayed, it took 3 weeks for the package to even arrive.

Reviews must be totally fake on their site, I wrote one that was honest and was not published. Cheaply made bag with cheap materials, the style was a cross body and that would work if you WERE A CHILD. The way it arrived was a dead giveaway they their sustainability claims are untrue, wrapped in three layers of non recyclable plastic. Don’t be tempted by the well shot imagery on the website, walk away now! Based on other reviews I’m not even going to attempt to try and return it

Disgraceful company. The bag I ordered was cheap and nasty looking had bought for my sister's Christmas present but no way would she use this. Found out returning it is almost impossible with the postage they ask for. Have reluctantly accepted the 20% discount they have offered me to keep the bag. Maybe one of the little girls in the family will use it with their dressing up clothes. Annoyed with myself for not checking out the reviews

I don´t like the quality of the bag. She is not valuable. And the return is nearly unpossible, because the porto is so expensive.

I tried to cancel a duplicate order but wasn’t allowed. So now I have two bags. I don’t even like the first one, but I have to pay for return shipping and provide photos in order to be allowed to return the bag. I don’t recommend ordering from this company at all. The shipping to me took a very long time, and there was no indication I was purchasing from a Chinese company

The purse wasn’t as pictured and was coming apart after one use. Disappointing

For returns you have to ship to a warehouse in China. They should just advertise as no returns, as this is essentially what it is.
