Your order was placed on October 11, 2021, at 7:52 pm from Facebook, processed same day and shipped within the 7 to 10 business days that an order needs to process for items that are made-to-order such as your order on October 18th. You received your item on November 6th. Sunday's and holiday's are not business days.
