Terrible phone case, not only is it cheap and unreliable, even if you manage to not drop your phone ever… it will damage the paint and scratch up the phone it’s on. For such an expensive product that took over 6 weeks to arrive. I’m genuinely gutted.

The installation guide is complete trash. It is not even the correct video, they have a QR Code for the installation but it directs to a uninstallation video. + the Video is complete trash, the audio is very bad and it does not even show the screen protector installation, which is the hard part. They essentially operate by paying lots of influencer and e-commerce articles and then pocket hefty margins by producing in China, while making it look like a premium product made in the USA. Probably like 10 bucks production and 50 bucks margins. Apparently from reading other reviews they also have bad customer service + shipping, likely just calculated business costs by externalizing the cost on the time of the customer.

Chinese made, even though it makes out the company is US based. Took over 6 WEEKS to get my case. Case is not compatible with stand charger or car charger. Case is purely cosmetic, has zero impact resistance. Absolute rip-off, just buy a case from Anazon.

Absolut rubbish.... fancy box and the rest it tat..... glue strips don't work, case is unusable, no instructions what so ever for the screen protector, the online video they promt you to view is for the z fold 7 case, the z fold 8 ultra case comes with a seperate screen protector and no instruction and the video is not professional at all, its done by a guy in his bedroom with minimal instructions and very poor video angles Makesure your product is ready for sale... the z fold 8 ultra case clearly is NOT, process my refund ASAP!

I ordered a case for my new Z Fold 8 Ultra. They sent me a case for the Z Fold 8. When I reached out to them they said I had to return the wrong one first before they sent me a new one. I explained to them this was very inconvenient to me because my car was in the shop at the time and I was going to have to go find a place to pay to print out a shipping label and mail it back. They didn't offer any kind of discount for their mistake. This rubbed me the wrong way, so after I sent it back, I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. They said they would process my refund as soon as they received the returned case. After almost 2 weeks I still didn't have my refund, so I had to email them back. Only then did they finally process my refund. Hopefully I'll actually get it.... P.S. I found pretty much the exact same case on Amazon for about half the price they were charging, and I got it the next day. I understand most companies can't compete with Amazon on price, but at least make the customer experience better.

Took 10 days to get the phone case and it was the wrong one. Took them days and multiple emails to acknowledge my issue. Then they send me tracking for the new one but the item never gets given to the USPS. Finally, three weeks in I cancelled. Clearly these are drop shipping from chyna. Garbage business model.

Thinborne sent me the wrong case, the case was for a different model of phone. I then received an email from Thinborne asking if I was happy with the product. I explained that I was not and why. I even included photos of the label on the box. They gladly send they would help me. After several emails back and forth they said I would have to call their customer service number to process the return and replacement. It is very frustrating that the oness is put on me to retictify their mistake. I will never order from or recommend them again. Also had to go through credit card company to get a refund.

Sent faulty item. Very poor quality control. Trying to refund for a refund is a nightmare. Email after email and still no further forward. Have now gone through my bank as a chargeback. Bunch of clowns. Ignore the paid YouTubers!!!!!
