Shambles
What a shame... It's such a great product but zero customer service. Do not order from themselves get it from Amazon. Made an order directly from them in May and never received it. The item had never been dispatched. Was given a tracking number for UPS and did not work. Contacted them as was now nearly 4 weeks and did not get a reply back. Emailed again and was told that another case was on its way to me and that it was going to be hand-delivered to the office by himself. When asked for a tracking number was told that it was the same number. When I said that it did not work was then told they would make sure to send it again. Still did not get a new tracking number and no product.
