Hi there! We're so glad to hear our XSTANCE insoles work for you! Squeaking can sometimes occur with new insoles due to friction between the materials but it typically diminishes after a few uses of either the talcum powder or the dryer sheet. In most cases, it disappears in a week or two. :)

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that our XSTANCE insoles have provided comfort and relief for your feet. Regarding the squeaking issue, we recommend using baby powder (talcum powder) in the bottom of your shoe and/or on the sides of the insole to eliminate the noise. You may need to re-apply the powder periodically, but eventually, the squeaking should stop. Alternatively, you can try placing a dryer sheet under your insole as well.
