After four years of plantar fasciitis and having tried numerous products without relief, the X-Stance insoles provided that relief. I have tried the stretching braces, compression socks, other insoles and lots of gadgets. These insoles I have worn for a day at theme parks, travel days in airports, mowing the lawn, and work days all without pain. Outstanding product at a very good price! My only small negative is the grippers on the bottom of the insoles rub against some of my sneakers creating a squeaking sound when I walk. I’m currently working that out with foot powder. But it’s a very small concern versus pain free feet and ability to live my normal life again.
