I received a quick response to my email, and clear instructions on how to return the product.

As soon as I put them in my boots, felt the difference. So comfortable

After one walk I know these are goi g to help my heal pain.

I got a quick response and resolution for a problem I had with applying a coupon code.

Shoe pads are the best.

These insoles are the best I've tried so far and it comes with excellent customer service. Thank you Stephanie! I needed additional insoles for all of my shoes as I walk so much and the pain was getting to be too much, but so far these insoles have helped a lot.

The more I wear the insoles the more I notice the benefits of them. They are a life saver at my job, I'm on my feet for 10 plus hours a day and I couldn't make it with out the Xstance insoles. They give your feet the correct amount of support.

My experience with the order that I placed for Xstance insole was a good one. I will be ordering another pair. Received them fairly fast
