Very comfortable and my feet feel great

I bought these insoles on recommendation from my son. As a Nurse I am on my feet all day. These insoles have made a difference after just one days use. I will definitely be getting more pairs for all my shoes.

They are so comfortable. My pain has seized.

First I have to say that I'm not really thrilled to do business with a company that doesn't offer a live stateside customer service phone number that I can call and get a hold of a clear and understandable English speaking person, IMO that is of utmost importance. That said, Even though I do not like having to deal with back and forth emails that slow down the process of communication tremendously & delay solving issues, Stephanie Kessler has proven to be VERY prompt & responsive in solving issues therefore taking some of the pain out of having to deal this way and I must say that I am very happy with Stephanie's customer service & so far she has proven that y'all do really stand behind and support your product. I came to know of y'all thru a reference from a good friend of mine that swears by your insoles, without that reference I probably would not have done business with a company that I can't call and talk to someone about their product.

Made a difference straight away, I'm now about to order another pair for my other shoes

These Xstance were recommended by a neighbor. As soon as I received my Xstance sole inserts I put then in my shoes as instructed, because I was in pain. Today is the 3rd day and Oh my goodness I have less pain from 1 - 10 my pain is an 8. Also note that on 2nd day I can sleep with No pain. I'm very happy 😊.

They came quickly, were easily cut to size, and have given my arches the support they've so desperately needed. My lower back pain when walking is pretty much gone.
