My heel pain was so painful to stand or walk. I thought I'd give these insoles a try and so glad that I did! The pain is tremendously better. I bought two pair, one for my shoes and the other for my house shoes. It's been so much better!

My experience was good and I got a good answer. Why are the English and American websites so different? If you do a deal for the Americans, why not on the English website?

Xstance insoles have been working pretty good for me. I like the well-built construction of the insoles especially the heel cup. I could use a little more support for my right heel but that's not the fault of the insole.

E-mailed company about I got my Xstance wet and asked the questions about washing them and they told me I could hand wash them with a mild detergent and air dry only.

While my entire issue was solved with just 2 emails, having to pay for the return shipping myself did sour the whole experience a bit.

I did get a quick response to my question. Now I have sent my product back & I'll wait to see how long it will take for my refund. I had to pay $10 to return my orthotic insert but that's better than wasting them here at home. I'm glad to hear these are given a second home for underprivileged communities & that was worth the money spent on returning.
