Customer service was great! Helped me with an issue and resolved quickly.

PT here and these help correct my foot over pronation and improve my foot, knee and back pain staying on my feet for most of the day. Thanks XStance, will order again in future.

I ordered the insoles needing new ones for my work boots, I’m impressed, superior quality to work insoles I’ve had in the past at a significant discount. Thank you!

These soles are so comfortable!! It feels like I'm walking on the clouds!

I had a problem with my order and it was resolved immediately good job!

The insoles have changed my life. I suffer from extreme plantar fasciitis pain and within 1 day of wearing them to work I could feel a noticeable difference. I can finally walk again with no limping!!!

The order I placed wa not received even though it showed it was delivered. When contacting customer service they sent me tracking information. Seems that the mail man had delivered to my other house that my daughter lives in. They were very professional in answering in a timely manner .

Very prompt reply on when my shipment would arrive.
