Once I asked about return of product there was no issues. The gentleman asked why and explained that the insoles were not helping, wife and I was hoping your product was it. He explained the return procedures and everything was refunded.

I had tweaked my back and had been suffering for about a month. One day I put on a pair of athletic shoes with great support and had no back pain. Luckily, XSTANCE came up in my Facebook feed that day because none of my other shoes provided the needed support. Now I can wear any shoes with the inserts and my back does not hurt.
