The insole seem to be working although I have had a bit of a relapse in the last few days. Using more ice in addition to the insoles.

I found that, with a bit of trimming, the XL pair did fit into my work shoes. The other XL pair, with trimming, was not able to fit into my sneakers. I responded and was contacted on July 18 that I would get a pair of large (L) insoles. Surprisingly, I received a 40% credit for my time and trouble. It's obvious the company and support service genuinely care about their customers. The response to my questions was both timely and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
